When you modify your profile picture or use the shooting service function in the Personal Center, we will need to obtain your CAMERA shooting permission and collect the pictures and video content information (personal information) provided by you. This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide other functions that only prevent you from using this function but do not affect your normal use of the products and/or services, you may refuse or disable this permission through your device when we request authorization from you.
2. Device status permission
During your use of [Souing], in order to remember your identity, analyze your use of [Souing], and identify you as a user of [Souing], we will need to obtain your device READPHONESTATE to read the phone status. Collect IMSI, IMEI, AndroidID information (personal information) of your device. This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide other functions that only prevent you from using this function but do not affect your normal use of the products and/or services, you may refuse or disable this permission through your device when we request authorization from you.
3. Recording permission
When you use [Souing] to shoot video service function, we will need to obtain your device RECORD_AUDIO microphone recording rights, and collect your voice information (personal information). This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide other functions that only prevent you from using this function but do not affect your normal use of the products and/or services, you may refuse or disable this permission through your device when we request authorization from you.
4. Access to external memory
When you add the pictures or videos in the mobile phone album to [Souing] to make videos, we will need to obtain the permission of your device READEXTERNALSTORAGE to read the external memory and collect the video and picture information (personal information) in the storage space of your mobile phone. This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide other functions that only prevent you from using this function but do not affect your normal use of the products and/or services, you may refuse or disable this permission through your device when we request authorization from you.
5. Permission to write to external memory
When you finish making videos using [Souing] to save the final synthesized videos to the album, we will need to obtain the permission to write your device WRITEEXTERNALSTORAGE into the external memory, and write your videos and pictures information (personal information) into the storage space of your phone. This permission requires your authorization. If you refuse to provide other functions that only prevent you from using this function but do not affect your normal use of the products and/or services, you may refuse or disable this permission through your device when we request authorization from you.
(2) Personal information directly collected and used by us
1. We will collect the information you proactively provide when using the Service and automatically collect the information generated when you use the function or accept the service in the following ways: ensure the normal operation of "[Souing]" and the service

2. Register, authenticate, and log in to [Souing] and related services
(1) When you register and log in to "[Souing]" and related services, you can create an account through your mobile phone number. We will send SMS verification code to verify whether your identity is valid.
(2) In the latest version of our software, you can also use a third-party account (wechat) to log in to [Souing]. At this time, you will authorize us to obtain your public information (including your profile picture and nickname) registered on the third-party platform, and bind your third-party account to your [Souing] account after you agree to this privacy policy. (3) According to the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, you may be required to provide your real identity information (phone number) to complete real-name verification when you use the core functions or services that require identity authentication for video production, video uploading and video downloading. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to use the core functions, but you may continue to use the other services of [Souing]. 3. Provide you with video synthesis functions or services
Video synthesis is one of the core features of [Souing]. To do this, we might collect and use the following information or permissions:
(1) Information about your operation and use behavior, including browsing preference and making preference;
(2) Information provided by you on your own initiative, including uploaded photos, videos, texts and voices;
(3) When you import pictures or videos to make and synthesize videos, we will ask you to authorize sensitive permissions to read/modify /SD card contents. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to use the video compositing function and save the final video to the album function, but will not affect your normal use of [Souing] other functions.
(4) We will collect the profile picture you choose to upload or take voluntarily for you to modify or edit the short videos on the platform with technology. If you do not use the above services provided by us, we will not collect your profile picture.
(5) We will collect your profile picture information to verify that the photo you uploaded is yourself, and protect your portrait right from fraudulent use. We will not store your personal facial features information.
(6) We will neither store nor share/process your personal facial information with any third party. Such information is only collected for the facial recognition function of video synthesis function (including but not limited to face fusion effect, AI face changing effect, filter effect and beauty effect). Your personal facial information is saved by the carrier (such as mobile phone or other smart handheld terminal device) and its system when you upload your profile picture, and we will not save your personal facial information.

To do this, the information we need to collect includes your device information (such as hardware model, MAC address of the device, IMEl, IDFA, IMS1, and list of necessary software), browser model, log information, browsing history, searched terms, and personal location information (accurate location information is personal sensitive information). Please be aware that we have de-identified the above information when collecting and using it. Data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with user identity, and cannot and will never be associated with your real identity.
Search Service for You When you use the search service of [Souing], we will collect your search keyword information and log records.
